Key Responsibilities

• Consult with the Store Manager to determine methods and approaches to maximize store profitability.
• Train, coach, and supervise retail sales associates on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation and deposit preparation.
• Manage stockroom inventory and ensure the sales floor remains fully stocked and visually appealing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college or specialized retail management training preferred.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, with at least 6 months in a supervisory capacity.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to retail scheduling needs.
