Position Overview

Southeastern Technical College (TCSG) is hiring a full-time Child Enrichment Center Worker at its Swainsboro campus child development center, supporting age-appropriate care and activities for children of students, staff, and the community, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for children in the development center.
• Supervise assigned classrooms and observe individual children’s needs.
• Help meet children’s physical needs and support daily routines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the center supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (temporary hire possible while enrolling in an Early Childhood Care and Education program within a specified timeframe).
• Successful criminal background check, fingerprint records check, and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with no history of child abuse or neglect.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, prior experience with young children, and current CPR certification preferred.
